Sodium Laureth Sulfate sounds like the name of a very pretty girl. But isn't. SLS is found in many things other than shampoo. Soaps, Make-up, and cosmetics. Its a detergent like substance, and depending on the listing on the back, is usually number 2 on the ingredients roster. Every shampoo that I've had laying around the house other than a green tea extract body wash I am using right now, its in every one. And from what I've seen about our food supply, and our body products, no one at the big corporations cares what we are putting in our bodies. Profits over Pain I call it. Or seems to ever explore what these products do to us. I check the prices on Organic deoderandt and your going to pay two dollars more just for the name. And propbably read about 5 ingredients instead of 27. I always think of saying to my wife, " Honey where is that chart with all of those chemical abbreviations laying around so I can read these labels. The more ingredients in said product, th worse it is for you. You can always trace a product with what it was origionally intended for. This is a detergent. Its used to foam up products, make up,Soaps, Shampoos,so it appears that your are getting clean. But is this what you want to put on your face. Bottom line don't use it.

How to cut the sugar and lose massive weight, create amazing health, and feel good! Here's How!

Hidden Sugars-Sugars unbeknownst to you and me that are in everything. From Spaghetti sauce, to can goods, to Pastas. Almost everything has hidden sugars even some tyoes of fruit. A banana has 14grams of sugar in it. My strategy, go for fruits and vegtables. That's the strategy. Begin to eliminate your daily sugar one spoonfull at a time. If you break it down a little at a time ( This is the secret by the way) you will being to see the results. Your sugar levels in your blood will begin to normalize and you'll start to lose weight. As well as stave off things like Diabitees and heart disease, stroke, all kinds of stuff. So here are some tips to get started.

My Newest Workout-The Maxx Workout#1
I'm always trying new workouts. Developing them, and trying them out, and seeing if something helps in the challenge to lose weight and keep it off. After 40, the body begins to slow down. If the diet stays the same as in the 20's and 30's problems can begin to fester, coagulate, and begin to stay a while. Back in 2011 I began trying cardio, and bodyweight exercises to help me lose weight,and keep it off. Here is my newest workout, to help in the continuing challenge to lose weight and keep it off. I call it the Maxx workout.
Exercise 1-do pushups until you can't do anymore. That's right do pushups until you can't do anymore, and then stop. Write this number down and go on to the next exercise.
Exercise 2-do 10 leg lifts, and work your way as far as you can from 10. For instance do 10 leg lifts,9 leg lifts, 8 leg lifts,and so forth until you hit 1. Your back will probably give out on the way, just right this number down. If you do 10 all the way down to 7 just write it down.
Exercise 3-do as many front squats as you can. No more no less. Write this number down.
Get the picture, you are maxing each set out, instead of doing a specified number. That way your muscles are forced to push as hard as they can.
Exercise 4-get a set of rubber bands and start at 10 reps of flies to exercise your shoulders. Start at 10 and work as far down to 1 as possible.
set 1-10 reps
Set 2-9 reps
Set 3-8 reps
Set 4-7 reps and one and on. Write that number down like this. 10,9,8,7, this signifies how many sets you got done, for a totoal of 32 reps total, over 4 sets. Just go until you can't go anymore. At this point you should feel like you might be sweating, because you are!!! Keep it up.
Exercise 5-do pushups until you can't do anymore. Write that number down.
Exercise 6-Leg Lifts Start at the set you left off at, might be 7 and work your way down by number. 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 and writhe that number down, like this. 7,6,5, and on the 4th set if you could on do 2, write it like this. 7,6,5,2, and start on 4 during your next version of this exercise.

The 8 hour Diet-Drawbacks,benefits of the Diet for 2015!
1)Eat between the hours of 10am-6pm, the hardest times are in between these points. In the morning you'll crave food and coffee and water in General. Drink the water it will flush out the toxins. And after 6 you will crave sugary snacks and deserts. Its all about the timing.
2)eat high quality food-you can eat the junk and not gain weight, but the good nutrients will make you feel better, so start adding high quality food.
3)In the morning you will have a headache,take some advil if it gets to fast. (upon Dr.'s order ofcoarse) and move on. Try this for a few days and you will be amazed.
4)Have a cheat day, this will help you build up some extra stores to fight the battle the next week. Saturday's is a good day to do this.
5)If you fall of the diet, keep moving forward, the Psychology is if you fall of, you get right back up and get back on it. This is how you will win.

Lose the Pounds-A great power breakfast to help you start the Day losing weight
I've cut an additional two pounds of body weight this week. Here is a simple breakfast you can eat every morning to jump start you fat burning oven.
1)4 hard boiled eggs (put eggs in water, bring to a boil, and at boiling set your timer to 10 Minutes. Peel and eat.
2)An apple-the fiber will carry food through your system quickly and won't add to your love handles.
3)4 pieces of veggie bacon (1min 17 seconds on a napkin in the microwave)
4)3 veggie sausage links (1 min micro)
Large water over ice, drink this all morning.
The large amount of protein in the eggs will help cover, your starchy sugary cravings, and help the process of not gaining weight. The fiver in the apple is good as well. My next blog will cover what kinds of snacks to eat to cut the pounds.

Why Ninja 3 the domination is the greatest Ninja Movie of all time
There out there!
Movies that just far surpass anything else! This was the movie. Released in the late 80'sSho Kosugi
was at his Ninja peak. He made more Ninja movies than anyone else. And was paid the best, out of all the Ninja actors. HE could do it all, had serious street cred, and loved his job so much, he brought his son into the business. Sho's movies had a serious element to them, and took a lot of the chop sockey showmanship out of the genre. InNinja 3
he used every available tool, to create an air of seriousness with the character. For instance, 1.swords vs guns (you had to include the most current weapons, against traditional weapons and show that tradition Ninja weapons could compete. 2. Helicopters-he added scenes with stunts going to and from helicopters. 3.Used traditional weapons in scenes to give it more traditional value. Every weapon was given a scene, the Ninja toe, blowgun, throwing stars, grappling hook, the kasa gatari. The only drawback was the demon possession scenes. It was hard for the main actress to pull that off. And show did more stunt coordination, and more work behind the scenes than on. He also double a few times for the grey Ninja at the beginning of the movie. Over all this is one of the best Ninja movies of all time, so go check it out. What I learned about Sugar in The Shower
Its getting easier
and easier. Everyday, I try to find more and more ways to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet. As Dr. Oz said, "There is no such thing as a little sugar". As everyone knows, or should know by now. Sugar causes, heart disease, weight gain, Diabitees, stroke, and many other things not yet diagnosed. And its in everything, from Pasta sauce, to creamers, and things you wouldn't even suspect. SO the other day, on one of my low sugar and caffeine days. My wife called and offered to get me a dessert from Steak and shake. Ofcoarse I could not refuse. So she brings home a salted caramel shake, with all of the trimmings. I quickly devoured this shake, warning myself, that if I ate it all it would equal a pound or two the next day. But I learned an even deeper lesson as I stepped into the shower............When I got in and the water was whirling all around me my hands becamse softer and softer, and my sense of touch more numb, and unresponsive. As I kept showering applying soap to different places I realized I was on sugar overload. That's right, my body had begun, based on the reduction to this white powdery masterpiece, started to change the way I (my body)responds to sugar. I wsa in a haze! And I though wow this is crazy. But I learned several things that faithful night. 1.Sugar desensitized 2.It spikes the blood stream 3. It distorts taste 4.The body becomes a slave to it 5.The mind makes sugar its clock 6.And to stay away from it late at night When useing sugar on a regular bases, it causes the body to crash. When useing it every once in a while it throws the body into overload. And tries to cover all sensations, and thinking by overload. Sugar has always wanted to be the master of the domain, instead of a court jester playing to an empty theater.
