Battle of the Diets!-Slow Carb vs the 8 hour diet-who will win?

The eight hour diet is all the rage. But isn't it more of a technique than an eating strategy. Lets face it, on the eight hour diet you 1) eat only eight hours a day 2) Try to pack as much nourishment as possible in between those eight hours 3) seems to lay claim to lower heart attack rates, and diabitees 4) and lowers the bad cholesteral The strategy is to only consume food between 10am-6pm. To eat what you like and give your body the time to burn off the excess reserves during the night time, upping your internal furnase, so that calories are burned by 10am and throughout the day. The Slow carb movement I've been doing this one lately and have been very impressed. 1) lowers the sugar counts in your blood stream, as protein is mostly whats consumed 2) Beans, meat, spinach, lentils, peas, and very low amounts of fruit 3)no bread, sugary drinks, starchy things, candy. 4)you can eat all you want. Results: My first day on this I literally lost two pounds. Which was impressive considering my weight was going up. My energy and immune system has improved, and this diet gets my vot for best choice. Combing these two diets, and the sky could be the limit, and your body a fat burning furnace.
