1)Eat between the hours of 10am-6pm, the hardest times are in between these points. In the morning you'll crave food and coffee and water in General. Drink the water it will flush out the toxins. And after 6 you will crave sugary snacks and deserts. Its all about the timing.
2)eat high quality food-you can eat the junk and not gain weight, but the good nutrients will make you feel better, so start adding high quality food.
3)In the morning you will have a headache,take some advil if it gets to fast. (upon Dr.'s order ofcoarse) and move on. Try this for a few days and you will be amazed.
4)Have a cheat day, this will help you build up some extra stores to fight the battle the next week. Saturday's is a good day to do this.
5)If you fall of the diet, keep moving forward, the Psychology is if you fall of, you get right back up and get back on it. This is how you will win.
