How to cut the sugar and lose massive weight, create amazing health, and feel good! Here's How!

Several definitions I want to share before we even get started.

Hidden Sugars-Sugars unbeknownst to you and me that are in everything. From Spaghetti sauce, to can goods, to Pastas. Almost everything has hidden sugars even some tyoes of fruit. A banana has 14grams of sugar in it. My strategy, go for fruits and vegtables. That's the strategy. Begin to eliminate your daily sugar one spoonfull at a time. If you break it down a little at a time ( This is the secret by the way) you will being to see the results. Your sugar levels in your blood will begin to normalize and you'll start to lose weight. As well as stave off things like Diabitees and heart disease, stroke, all kinds of stuff. So here are some tips to get started.


1) Breakfast-eat an omelet with minimum cheese, plus bean, kale, and use olive oil as your cooking oil. Before you eat your omelet take this

ACV-Apple Cider Vineger-this will help double down the blood levelling qualities of a lowered sugar diet. Then eat your omelet.

2) Check the carbs on the foods your eating, vs how much Dietary Fiber is in the food as well. Beans have about 1gram of sugar, vs a health bar which can have upwards of 24g (divide by 4) is 6 grams of sugar. As Americans we take in about 40-50 Grams of sugar a day.

For Lunch, Beans, Spinach, a slice of pizza, and apple, all these things make a great lunch, with lowered sugar.


3) A snack-plain yogurt,half a bananan, nuts, an apple. I say half a banana beacuse that is 7 grams. Almost two teaspons. Start thinking in teaspoon, not grams. USe greams to find out how much your actually taking in per day. Your goal should be 9 grams a day. Two teaspoons.


4) Dinner-A salad, (with Kale,nuts, beans,low sugar salad dressing) beans are very good for filler and to help you be full.


Stay away from High end lattees, Loaded with sugar,Chips,dips, juicing your veggies, culminates into a sugary concoction. Eat the vegtables strait if you can. Try this for one week and see 

what happens.
