Lose weight like Rich Folk, and quit sugar too!

To define the word rich, you could say a lot of things. A fat bankaccount.Great friends with a lot of money. Nice cars, or maybe even health. But rich can also be defined as someone who does things better with more efficiency. There is a right way and a wrong way to burn fat, look great, lose weight and get all the gunk out of our lives in more ways than one. And Rich folks are no different. Do it smartly and efficiently a rich person would tell me, and do it without spending a lot of money. "What?" Let's take another look at that. Don't spend a lot of money. That's right, lose the weight in the best possible way and don't spend any money. Actually save money. 
     Save money! How do ya say. You'll save money, because with this blog, as hard currency in your hand! You will start to cut the gunk out and start today. Just like a rich folk. 

1.Cut the sugar out. Make this first on your pyramid. What has what I call sharp sugar in it. Lattees, coffees, sugary drinks. Anything with nitro in the title. Anything coming in a tall can, throw it out. 
2. Cut bread out. Bread is loaded with carbs, and converts to sugar. Throw it out. Crackers, things with high processed flours, throw it all away. 
3.Soy products need to go too. If it takes a nuclear reactor to make something, its propably not worth your time. Soy is one of the craziest process I've ever seen. 
4.Drink lots of water, like a Rich person. And it doesn't have to be designer water. And you don't have to have a little dog by your side when you drink it. Just drink it. It will help metabolize the fat and rush it out of your body, like the poperatzi. Just no photoraphs please!
5.Rich folks love the 8 hour diet. And why shouldn't they! It tells you when to eat and what so go out and get the book or read my other blogs on this diet. And make it work for you. Look at it like this. 

8 hour diet + cutting the sugar = weight loss its that simple
