The one thing you can do to change your whole Diet process, and begin losing weight long term.
This is a pretty simple idea, yet a great one. "Change the way you relate to food, and also change the way you relate to Carbohydrates." You could install proteins there, or fat, but they don't quite encompass sugar, the way that carbs do. Simply begin substituting your bodies absorbption of sugar, and it could be a game changer. IN the morning kick start your day with eggs, beans, tomatoes or oatmeal. Every day. 33% of your weekly meals will change if you eat three meals a day. Spiking your sugars early in the day, stifle your bodies fat burners. You want to burn fat all day long? Begin cutting the sugar. For lunch enjoy beans,spinach,lentils,tuna. Anything that has less carbs. When I tried acompanying diets, I found fat the hardest thing to cut. And the sugar causes diabitees,heart disease, high blodd pressure, gallbladder issues, bowel issues, and on and on! Change the way you relate to food (sugar or Carbohydrates) specifically and you will begin to notice a diffence. Check out my other blogs on these topics.
